What is Permanent Jewelry?

Each client is required to sign a consent form before the appointment.

All sales of permanent jewelry are final.

While permanent jewelry is welded for durability, it's not indestructible. The delicate nature of the chain means it needs to be handled with care.

We do offer a warranty for added peace of mind! You can bring the chain and have it rewelded. If you lose the charm, it can be replaced with same or one of equal value if out of stock within 1 week of loss. 

Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian present, and all clients must be at least 12 years old.

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. Please note, this will not be refunded in the event of a no-show or if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.

We kindly ask that you arrive on time! If you're running 10 minutes late or more, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to the next available slot or cancelled.
