The Process
-
You'll start by trying on and selecting the chain(s) you want. If you already know your choice, let us know in advance so we can do our best to have it ready, as some styles may sell out.
-
Next, we’ll custom fit the chain to your wrist, ankle, or neck, using a temporary link to test the sizing. Once we’ve found the perfect fit, we’ll bond your jewelry.
3. After you have your style on, we’ll snap a photo of you of new bling and to the studio gallery!

*Please note, once the chain is cut, it’s a final sale—so be sure you love it before we make the cut!
For payment, we accept PayPal, cash, debit, or credit cards—no checks, please.
Gold Jewelry Basics

There are four main types of gold jewelry: Solid gold, Gold filled, Gold vermeil, and Gold plated.

Gold filled jewelry is made in a special way:
-
The gold is bonded (melted) onto a base metal underneath.
-
It must contain a certain amount of gold.
-
Once those two things happen, the quality can vary depending on the base metal, how thick the gold layer is, and the karat of the gold.

We offer 14k gold filled chains, which give the look and feel of solid gold without the high price.

Gold vermeil and gold plated jewelry are made differently, and the gold can wear off or chip over time. These types of gold jewelry are cheaper, but they don’t last as long. This reason is why Fresco Studios does not carry/use them for permanent jewelry.
